“I think the default behaviour with reviews is that if you got what you ordered when you were supposed to get it you select 'Very Good' whereas if you didn't you select 'Poor' if they we're nice to you on the phone or 'Very poor' if they weren't! I got what I ordered when I was supposed to. Absolutely no complaints and I'll certainly use this retailer again and recommend it to others. However, that's pretty much what I'd expect from any online retailer so I can't call it very good.”

“Very quick - ordered in the afternoon and it arrived next day, even with free delivery! Very pleasant staff too when I rang with a query about returns - and yes I can return it if I've made a stupid mistake and the switch I bought doesn't do what I want it to. Excellent.”
