Ordered a cable on Thursday evening which I needed by Saturday so paid for next day delivery on the assumption it was next day. What the website failed to mention was next day actually meant next working day so the cable didn't arrive until Monday. I left a note for net store direct about the misleading info and heard nothing back so guess they couldn't care either way.
I gave 3 starts because I had no issue with the product itself but I probably wouldn't use them as my first choice in the future.
