We engrave all our medals, trophies, and glass awards in-house using both state of the art laser etching and traditional drag engraving for our awards.

We have a quick turn around time and offer express shipping options all over the world, to make sure your order arrives in good time for your presentation. Hi Louise, Thank you very much for your order with us. We received your order on the 14th July and shipped it the same day. I have looked into the reason for the late delivery with Evri. I can see on the tracking information that they attempted next-day delivery at 12.22 pm on the 15th and again on the 17th but there was no one in on both occasions or a safe place to leave your parcel. They should have left you a card in the letterbox with this information. This led to your delivery being late. We hope that you are happy with your Wooden Medals.
