“Good old fashioned top customer service! I ordered a medal for my daughter as she won a sports award at school but the school were unable to give out their usual medals sadly due to the current climate. The look of delight when I handed her the beautifully made medal from NE Trophies was absolutely wonderful....thank you so much! I have since ordered a second "friendship" medal for one of her friends which is just as lovely and I know will bring more delight! Thank you so much again, I would definitely recommend your company to anyone and everyone!”

“Fast and efficient service and really impressed with the quality and size of trophy for the price. The recipient loved their trophy too! I needed to contact the company as I hadn't received a copy of the invoice when initially placed the order but this was dealt with immediately. Would definitely use again!”
