“I ordered bronze medals and was sent antique gold. When I queried it, it transpired that it was assumed I would be ok with the replacement product. Because the order was missed and not processed on time, it was too late to send them back and get a replacement, so I had to use the antique gold. It was even more disappointing that when I queried the delay, you had an opportunity to explain that you did not have the medals I ordered in stock. But instead, you decided to send out the wrong product, presumably so that you could keep my money. When I requested a partial refund, it was denied. Going back to Amazon, sadly, and won’t be ordering from you again.”
