Hi Calum I am very sorry for any issues with the condition of this trophy. I am concerned that this one was missed during the cleaning process following the engraving of it. I am actively looking at why this has happened, because we have higher standards than this. Although the water marks can be easily wiped away, it is a shame that on this occasion our high standards did not meet expectations. I can only assume it was a genuine error on the part of one our our packing team who have been brilliant over the christmas rush.
