“We have been members of NCASS for a year. Every single time I have spoken with them over the telephone, I have found the agents to be friendly, kind, supportive and extremely helpful. Nothing is ever too much for them. Recently I had the pleasure of liasing with Amber, who has dealt efficiently with my renewal and upgrade. Again, I have received first class service. It is always a pleasure to speak to everyone/anyone at NCASS. They are a really great bunch of people!”
