“The NCASS First Aid Essentials was very informative and well explained. It could have had a few more pictures supporting the information given i.e. when doing abdominal thrusts to treat upper airway obstructions there could potentially be a picture describing this. Very happy with the course otherwise though.”

“The NCASS Fire Extinguisher Essentials course had multiple spelling errors on nearly every other slide. One of the questions in the final test was not mentioned in the slides. Also the audio continued without pressing continue to the next slide.”

“It was quite clear and very easy to follow but I can read a LOT faster than the voice over and found it distracting at times. It wouldn't have taken half the time to complete the course if I'd ben allowed to continue at my own pace and not have to wait for the voice over to finish each slide. That was quite annoying. I noticed a couple of mistakes in the slides too, I have put a picture of one of the mistaken slides below.”

“This course was really easy to do signing up and paying all dead easy step by step instructions. The slides and pictures were clear and it was all very easy to follow, the best thing was you could do it all at your own speed , logging in and out as you wished. If I ever need to do another course I will do it here. Cannot recommend enough.”
