“Before enroling a prompt to inform of the benefits of subscription to NCASS, ie, big discounts on training packages, would probably encourage sign up prior to enrolling as this would save £££'s”

“Very well done course with all the info needed. However the questions during the course which were "drag and drop" were not working properly for me and I had to skip those.”

“Slides should instantly load and give people the option have having it read out instead of this being automatic. People read at different rates and I found it extremely tedious waiting for the sentences to load. There was also information in it that I didn't feel was actually relevant.”

“The NCASS First Aid Essentials was very informative and well explained. It could have had a few more pictures supporting the information given i.e. when doing abdominal thrusts to treat upper airway obstructions there could potentially be a picture describing this. Very happy with the course otherwise though.”
