“Very informative, clear and very detailed information on what is required of staff/owners in the safe use of equipment, set boundaries as to what can and cannot be done by staff/owner. Well presented easy to understand, should not be thought of as daunting in anyway, i feel that i now have a better understanding and are more confidant in the handling of the equipment. “Before enroling a prompt to inform of the benefits of subscription to NCASS, ie, big discounts on training packages, would probably encourage sign up prior to enrolling as this would save £££'s”

“Very well done course with all the info needed. However the questions during the course which were "drag and drop" were not working properly for me and I had to skip those.”

“Slides should instantly load and give people the option have having it read out instead of this being automatic. People read at different rates and I found it extremely tedious waiting for the sentences to load. There was also information in it that I didn't feel was actually relevant.”
