“There is a slow voiceover which cannot be disabled, making learning infuriatingly slow... The course also has a selection of typos and excess information. All crucial content is included and to a relatively high standard, but it would be great if the voiceover did not determine when one can see slide content or continue on to the next slide...”

“A really comprehensive course that raised many points that i was not already aware of. Allows you to download course notes and use these to note key points for you business. The course can be carried out at your pace and is easily used by caterers of all literacy abilities. Very user friendly”

“HACCP and Level 2 in the same day was a little taxing on the noodle but very easy to understand and pass , few glitches along the way some pop ups wouldn't allow you to change things but i passed so no problem”

“This online course was much more thorough than I was expecting. Definitely not a doddle to pass which made me feel that I was really learning as I went. I enjoyed the entertaining photographs which accompanied the text and the voice over was measured and clear, though some of the pronunciation as a little awry.”
