“The only improvement I would suggest is that, prior to renewing my Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate, I could only work out how to open the course notes as a pdf and couldn't open them in the interactive format to re-take the quizzes and listen to the audio, so I would ask that either it is made available in the original format or if it is and I couldn't work out how to do it, it could me be made simpler to open it for people not good with tech. Also, taking the test, I am impatient and wanted to know my score and if I had got a question right or wrong as I was going along, instead of having to wait until the end. Very tiny minor improvements. Generally, very good.”
