“the course material was good and structure was easy to follow. Could be improved with multimedia/video and also I had to complete a couple of the modules twice as once I got to the end, I had to log back in and the module restarted, quite frustrating!”

“NCASS as a body are very helpful and helped me navigate logging on and accessing my training dashboard. The online course itself was very informative as you had all the course notes available. Together with the safety management system you have all the answers at your fingertips. However, it is always very daunting sitting the last timed exam. It is comforting, however, that you can retake.”

“Training is clear , comprehensive and easy to use. Only suggestion would be to have a couple of pages addressing any issues to do with plant-based alternatives - eg vegan milks, cheeses etc. This is an increasingly important market sector and it is not really addressed in this course.”
