“straight forward and easy to watch and listen to very clear and consise....was a bit presurised at the end with the countdown and so made 2 silly mistakes and only got 18 :(”

“The NCASS training is a great tool for street caterers. The slides are easy to follow with a clear and precise style that aren't laborious. It Is easy to dip in and out of the training at times that suit me. On the one occasion when a slide stuck, a quick call to my account manager and I was back on track again. I would recommend this training to all involved in food.”

“Hi during the training period the page crashed couple of time and made me do the same module again and again ...if you could add a continue button active rather than to finish the voice over those who know the stuff can move forward ....time is money”
