“i found taking the test stressful because for some of the questions it was taking over a minute to accept my answer - why does the timer not stop while your answer is being submitted? this put me under more pressure and i found that i was trying to answer questions quickly to make up time when the system was working ok - i think if i had failed i would be very annoyed”

“It is the best food hygiene training I have ever seen there was everything in the course each and every thing has been included to make sure that the food handlers have all the relevant knowledge to make sure that food which goes out is safe for human consumption without any risk to customers.”
