“Please note that one of the questions asks for multiple answers but only allows you to click one, resulting in an incorrect result. Other than that the training is easy to understand and can be paced appropriately.”

“Very long time before slides, some very random questions which didn't make sense and didnt always tell you if you were correct or not”

“Quiz is a disaster - Learn to spell "True" - One of the multiple-selection questions only allowed me to select one option - One of the questions was repeated as an option Sort yourselves out, this course is a legal requirement and you're in a shambles.”

“I dislike the fact you have a timer to continue on to the next question. That doesn’t help especially if you’ve already understood a section, wastes time and makes ppl not want to read it even more.”

“Not at all daunting. very helpful and resourceful plus if you are registered with NCASS you have unlimited opportunities to ask questions and get the support required. the modules are very thorough and informative. mostly common sense but full of the terms and rules that are so important to follow and understand. none of the information is wasted as there has been information that one could/should use in their own homes as well as in business.”
