“A bit slow. Could do with being able to go through the slides for quicker readers. Also, a bit outdated. Examples used are old and it talks about the Health Protection Agency which was disbanded 6 years ago”

“I found the voice commentary distracting when she mis-pronounced words - I ended up looking at the words to check what she was saying rather than listening to the content! I also found some modules very long to fit in with other essential tasks. I realise that the content is a lot but surely the modules could be split.”

“Found it very hard as i have a head injury, i have informed management of this as computers cause me immense pain in my head but i still had to sit this course! Personally i dont think this is fair!”

“I enjoyed doing the NCASS Training, it's nice to learn something new. It was well presented and easy to follow. The only downside was the spelling!!! I am a bit of a perfectionist, and it annoyed me a bit because of the imperfections. But all in all, 'Well Done' to your team for processing this Training. I know a lot work/time has been put in to it. Thank you.”

“The course content is intellectually stimulating and of excellent quality and the information you learn from the course training can be successfully and effectively used both in the workplace and in every day life.
