“The only reason im giving a 4 star is because, she takes forever talking. This exam could be completed in 2 hours maximum! But over all im over ove the moon. Bring on level 3!!”

“In the test if you want respondents to know how many options to tick then tell them in the question. I may have lost consciousness during the law module - but generally you have made a fairly dry subject as interesting as possible. I appreciate it is very serious (am a mild clean freak at work) but actually you are more likely to maintain trainee full attention if you inject some wit. Thanks”

“A very informative and well structured course covering everything I needed in order to progress in my line of work. Having an instant result following the test at the end is rewarding and if you don't get the result you hoped for you can go back again until you get there. Speedy arrival of Certificate!”

“very very longgggg course, especially for those who have already completed level 2 - there is some repetition and duplication of information. Multiple times the slides got stuck and wouldn't respond even when the page refreshed etc. suggestion: give the option to skip a topic if you already know it.”

“Overall the course covers all that is needed, if not too much. I found some of the questions in the final test were not covered in the modules. The overall format probably needs updating sometime soon.”
