“To be honest, I found it very good way to get a understanding of having systems in place before you even start work. The level 3 was hard to complete and after revising and failing a few times it made what I learnt stick instead of just doing the course and passing but not really getting a understanding of what I just took in. I don't like studying at the best of times but this has really helped. Kind Regards, Jermaine”

“The course is delivered with picture slides which makes it interesting. The modules are broken down in manageable sections and easy to follow. The ease with which I was able to enrol, and study the course was a real help. The technical help available was also very efficient. I would recommend this course to anyone considering entering this line of work. Thanks.”
