“Very comprehensive and informative and easy to understand course. I liked the option of breaking off and restarting the course because as I am old my mind started to wander and I needed a break. So thanks for allowing me to gain this Certificate and help me to produce great tasting Street Food and reduce the possibility of poisoning my valued customers to a minimum. Good Job NCASS”
