The readable screen area is tiny and less visible to read. It should include voice so learners can hear as well as read along. That helps with learning a lot! The training itself is way too too long.

would help to be able to full screen the slides, difficult to read and whole process is really not user friendly. really difficult and frustrating experience.

i feel some of the questions were very 50/50 and feel a test after each module would be useful not just one long test at the end

it can be overwhelming at times but it does help when i can read anymore and i have voice to guide me. it can be also a bit to long to digest if to long of a period but over all a fun way to learn all sorts of procedures.

I'm dyselxic and discalculate. My text to speach programme did not work on this portal so a list of which programmes will and a free link would be useful. Otherwise it was clear and comprehendable,

If fridges have to be below 5c then why is ok for food to be stored at 8c. Was answer to one if questions. That’s wrong
