BE CAREFUL! I bought a pot of Pearl Powder. It was not as expected, dry, chalky and very dulling on the skin. I contacted the company regarding this as I thought I had a bogus product. This company did not want to know. They said it’s lab verified. I asked for a copy of the lab verification report and they stopped responding to me. Very suspect. I am contacting Citizens Advice regarding this company.

Hello Angela, I just came across your review, and I am sorry to see that you are unhappy with your order. I have reviewed your correspondence with our team and can see that you were sent the certificate of analysis for the batch of pearl powder you received, and that your concerns about buying a fake product were also addressed. We explained that Pearl Powder is predominantly Calcium Carbonate, and being a powder with no moisture, its natural state is similar to chalk (also a type of Calcium Carbonate). Pearls are made up of layers of aragonite (a form of calcium carbonate) held together by the protein conchiolin. This substance forms a soft, fine, dry white powder when ground. We also suggested that if you find the texture too chalky for external use, we recommend using a smaller amount and mixing it with a moisturizer to create a smoother application. Many customers find it works beautifully when incorporated into their skincare routines, such as blending it with face masks or overnight moisturisers. We are extremely careful and selective in our sourcing. The other customer reviews clearly express the quality and authenticity of our pearl powder and other products. Pickle-It items came with absolutely no instructions. When I contacted the company to inquire about sending me instructions, they told me to join a Pickle-It Facebook group and ask them questions about how to use the product. I tried to join the Facebook group with no response. At no time did this company, Na'vi, take any responsibility for sending a 130 euro item with no instructions for use ! Instead, they expect the client to waste their time searching on the internet for instructions. Maybe I am old school, but I order a lot of things online and never have I ordered such an expensive product that came with the impossibility of obtaining any sort of instruction manual. And yet, they think it is normal and the job of the customer to figure out how to use this complicated product on their own or from Facebook members. They take no responsibility for the fact that it is aberrant to not include instructions and a complete waste of the client's precious time. I would absolutely avoid this company !!!!

​Hello again Tali Gai​, Thank you for your feedback. As stated in the three replies we have sent to your emails, the pickl-it lid kits do not come with instructions, due to the only step required is to swap the lid on a wire bail-style pickling jars. In our replies we suggested which brand of jars to use (Bormioli Rocco Fido jars) due to their heavy metal and lead-free manufacture ​+ this is what we use and know works perfectly. In all emails, we asked you if you had any specific questions, to which you replied again that you wanted instructions (which we have already informed you we do not have, as there is no need for them). As a courtesy and part of our assistance in helping you, we provided you with a link to the Pickl-it private Facebook group. This benefit is only accessible with the purchase of a Pickl-it lid kit. Only customers who have purchased these kits are allowed to join this group, which gives you access to a vast amount of information, as well as others who are all on their own journeys exploring health through food and anaerobic fermentation. The Pickl-it lids are the most carefully manufactured product for anaerobic fermentation. They are also very safe and simple to use. Fermented vegetables must be in an anaerobic (oxygen-free) environment. This environment is crucial because it allows beneficial bacteria to thrive and ferment while minimizing the growth of undesirable microorganisms. I am sorry to hear that you feel so disappointed, as there is nothing more we can do here to assist you​ here, ​a​s there ​a​re no instructions required to use the Pickl-it kits beyond knowing which style of jars to use.​ O​nce you have the kit set up, the options are infinite in what foods/recipes you wish to ferment, and this is where we consider the Facebook group an invaluable asset, as there are many years of expert advice and replies to others on recipes and different suggestions on fermenting times and temperatures etc. Earlier today, we replied to your email and accepted your request to return these items. Dissapointing very poor communication.. My order had a missing item, payment was taken and no notice of reason. After contacting Na'vi through both emails and no reply I left a complaint through reviews.co.uk. Only then did I receieve acknowledgement but still no open comms as there is no reply possible through reviews.co.uk platform. I tried multiple times since and no reply, although I still receive marketing emails from them.. I guess I wont receive my missing item now... Shame... good products but if anything goes wrong there is no way to resolve it, so I wont trust a purchse from Na'vi orgaincs in the future... If Na'vi wish to honour my purchse my order number is : NVO-265217 and my email is attached to the order, so no excuse for not doing so after the first complaint as my email works perfectly...

Hello Richard, I am sorry to hear about the missing product. We always correct mistakes we are responsible for, so for the above to happen, there has been some breakdown in communication. I searched our ticket system for contact from your email address and can see you contacted us through our website chat at 6:38 pm on June 26th and created a ticket requesting help with your order. You did not provide any additional details. We emailed you the following morning at 9:13 am, asking for more information. We did not get a reply to that email and as no additional details were provided on initial contact (and we have no other contact from you), we had no way to know that there was an issue. We will email you again this morning. We will send the email to the email address you used to place this order. Hello Bart, as we have explained to you via our correspondence, customs in your country are holding your parcel. We are unable to do anything until they either release it to you or reject it and return it to us. We are really sorry; however, in these circumstances, we really do have no control over how long they take for the clearance process. As we have said, we will ensure you get the product or a refund, however we are not able to refund you, while customs is still ongoing in their evaluation.

I'm writing this in order to warn prospective customers. I've had a very bad experience with Navi Organics. I tried to leave a review on their website describing that experience but it has been blocked. There is no possible explanation for this (such as offensive language) other than that it was a negative review. The Navi Organics website has hundreds of positive reviews but I have been unable to find a single negative one so I believe they are systematically blocking them. I think this practice is dangerous and very unfair to customers so I will be making a report to Trading Standards and The Competition and Markets Authority.

This is a protection system that most websites utilise to ensure the reviews system is not used by spammers. ​Reviews left via the feedback invitations we send out individually to customers following purchases are automatically approved and published (positive or negative).​ ​We do have negative reviews, and they can be seen on the website. Thankfully, the positive ones far outweigh the occasional negative reviews received. To give​ a full context of your 'very bad experience'. Your lid became stuck on a jar you were using. We responded quickly with a tried and tested recommendation for resolving the issue. You replied, stating that you were not willing to try our suggestion and that you wanted a new jar to replace your used product. Please accept our apologies for your very bad experience and that you feel the need to resort to leaving multiple negative reviews and report us to Trading Standards. We believe we provided you with an easy fix and are sorry you were unwilling to try it. We thank you for your custom and wish you all the best for the future.

The worst customer experience I've ever had. Complete lack of customer service. Irresponsible. Even after sending two emails hinting at their negligence, they haven't bothered to get back. It's been months. I also pointed a typo in one of their products' label (as a way of just wanting to help them as a typo doesn't give a good impression) They didn't even reply back, let alone a thank you. Their products are good but you can't run a company just on basis of nice products. I want to support small family run businesses but not someone with such an attitude! Anyway I've found other supplier for similar products. Will take bulk of my customs elsewhere. Your loss.

Hello Sandra, As advised in your continued threats by email, you, the customer are responsible for the delivery service you choose at checkout. I understand that you chose to reject the goods as you did not wish to pay the customs charges and that you also now expect us to bear the cost of your carraige. You chose the most expensive service with DHL Express and they will not refund the carriage to us, therefore we also are unable to refund this cost to you. I am sorry that you find this decision unfair, however, we do clearly state in our delivery policies that if you choose to reject a delivery, we will refund you minus any carriage costs once the items are returned: Wishing you a good day :) With kindest regards, Na'vi Organics Ltd

This is a re-order and I have always been happy with the product. The only draw back this time is that I couldn't buy the larger jar (700 ml) which is, to mind mind, better value. Hopefully this will be back in stock when I am ready to reorder.

I have been buying tiger nuts from this company since last year and lately the quality has drastically become very poor. The last batch I bought is horrible; snacking on some as I type! More than half of the 2kG I bought are bad nuts...rotten, awful taste and I literally have had to cringe and spit out the nuts while chewing due to how awful they taste. Not to talk of the fact that I ordered two 1 kg packs but to my dismay, I recieved two 500g packs. It took me calling for Na'vi Organics to send my balance 1kg. The person I spoke to made excuses about having new staff who mixed up the orders, no compensation whatsoever. I am highly disappointed and would NEVER buy from this company in future.
