“While the products are of a good quality most of the time (on a couple of occasions not all delivered products were of the standard quality), the customer service is the worse I have ever had with any other online retailers! The most disappointing experience I had with Francesca on the last couple of cases! She would give me false information and every time would twist things around so it works in her favour! Waste of time! I wish not deal with her anymore!”

“Hi I have had the honey, palo Santo sticks, palo santo oil, some tea and some tonic powders from navi organics and I want to honestly say I dont look anywhere else other than Navi Organics I am SO happy with the customer service they offer and more importantly the products are all AMAZING in quality and environmentally friendly products packaging. I've noticed a decent health change in my mind and physical body and just my overall motivation in life is more positive. I recieved a free CD with my parcels today and the CD is absolutely wonderful I love the calming effect and it helps release any unwanted energy or stresses. I think Navi Organics is so particularly crafted with a lot of dedication into the products and choice of music artist! You are wise to choose them for your products! Much love to all.”

“I'm so pleased I found this company. I had been interested in medicinal mushrooms for a while but had heard to be very careful about where the mushrooms had grown. The customer service was great, all my questions were answered and any worries were re assured. Have been taking their mushrooms for a few months now and my concentration and ability to learn definitely feels like its improved”

“Was recommend to take wheatgrass and chose to buy British. First order recd promptly and enjoyed taking it daily. I ran out and in haste, whilst waiting for my second order to arrive, I purchased more (& much cheaper) via H & Barrett...one word, disgusting. I will never compare Navis products for others again, was the difference between day and night! Thanks Navi for you quality products and service”

“I buy Navi's products since two years and I'm satisfied of the quality and the choice they purpose. The prices are almost high but quality is expensive. Shipping to Italy needs a week ore more, so I've to plane in advance my orders but except that I suggest Na'vi with no doubt.”
