I've been taking Tonic Gold M for about 6 weeks, I'm on my second jar. I make a healthy latte with coconut milk, matcha, Tonic Gold M and collagen powder and drink it daily after breakfast. It's delicious and I've definitely been feeling the difference. I've been having less anxiety, more energy and just feeling generally more stable. I think it's even helping my autoimmune condition, and the related inflammation. I wouldn't be without it now, I recommended it to friends too.
