“Just received my order of Turkey Tail mushroom powder. I've been taking this for almost a year now and love all of its healing benefits. I take a half teaspoon every day, along with my other mushroom powders and add to smoothies or make a creamy latte with almond milk. Thank you Na'vi 🙏”

“Dissapointing very poor communication.. My order had a missing item, payment was taken and no notice of reason. After contacting Na'vi through both emails and no reply I left a complaint through reviews.co.uk. Only then did I receieve acknowledgement but still no open comms as there is no reply possible through reviews.co.uk platform. I tried multiple times since and no reply, although I still receive marketing emails from them.. I guess I wont receive my missing item now... Shame... good products but if anything goes wrong there is no way to resolve it, so I wont trust a purchse from Na'vi orgaincs in the future... If Na'vi wish to honour my purchse my order number is : NVO-265217 and my email is attached to the order, so no excuse for not doing so after the first complaint as my email works perfectly...”

Hello Richard, I am sorry to hear about the missing product. We always correct mistakes we are responsible for, so for the above to happen, there has been some breakdown in communication. I searched our ticket system for contact from your email address and can see you contacted us through our website chat at 6:38 pm on June 26th and created a ticket requesting help with your order. You did not provide any additional details. We emailed you the following morning at 9:13 am, asking for more information. We did not get a reply to that email and as no additional details were provided on initial contact (and we have no other contact from you), we had no way to know that there was an issue. “I recently purchased Ghee, Tongkat Ali and Ashwagandha from Na’vi and I am thoroughly impressed. The Ghee has a rich, smooth texture and has become my oil of choice. With the Tong I've noticed a significant boost in my energy levels and overall vitality. The Ashwagandha is finely ground, easy to mix into smoothies or teas. Th products came well-packaged, maintaining their freshness and quality. The supplier's commitment to purity and excellence shines through, and I highly recommend their products”

“One of the only brands you can trust as being of the highest quality, especially the raw grass juice powders which are the best you will find anywhere. Cheap alternatives are dried at such high temperatures, they are enzyme dead.”

“Can't usually tolerate yeast based/fermented foods at all but no such problem with the chickpea miso. Think the gamechanger must be the fact that it's both raw and unpasteurised so fingers crossed I can continue to enjoy it as it's super tasty. Excellent company with innovative and interesting products which are carefully sourced.”

“I thought I would try the desi ghee for it's health benefits. I liked the back story of how it is made in a tradional family way. I'm not sure about the taste (it's not unpleasant) I just prefer the taste of the other ghee Navi sell. It's great that Navi gives us a choice. Delivery and packaging spot on.”
