“I once posted another review for this business, basically stating that Na'vi Organics was once an absolute pleasure to deal with. However, in recent years both website and customer service have seemingly taken a turn for the worse––especially in relation to very basic issues which could easily take five minutes (or less) to resolve via telephone and/or live chat. Although the excuses given in response to direct complaints re: changes in customer service seemed somewhat reasonable, the setup of flawed systems seems permanent and we have no intention to deal long-term with a company which relies heavily upon messy A.I. instead of allowing human beings to do work on their behalf. Also, many of their products (including the one we buy most often) seem ridiculously overpriced––some of which seem rather questionable as far as their speculative "benefits" are concerned. We generally go for those which bear more tangible effects, but considering the incredibly high price point (in addition to the very real potential for infinitely ongoing flaws with "customer service") I shall likely be happier to do business via Clearspring in future––rather than continue to support a company which seems to bear no intention of dealing with customers directly outside of "emergency" scenarios.”
