“The ceremonial matcha is definitely not the best ive tasted but im abit of a connoisseur when it come to Chinese and Japanese tea ceremony but its definitely far from the worst, slightly bitter and astringent with minerality. There's definitely a creamyness if brewed at slightly lower than 70c but the mind/body effect is great and definitely helps me focus and feel energized all day but not in a jittery way like sometimes coffee can be. Definitely recommend at the reduced price but i wouldn't pay the higher normal price because there's much better on the market for lesser price imo”

“I have ordered the L reuteri and prebiotics to make my own yogurt. I’ve been eating the yogurt for just over a week so cannot comment on the results, but overall I’m happy with the product.”
