“The recent deliveries that I have received have had a lot of severely dented tins, which is disappointing and reduces the savings for being on a subscription.”

“Disappointed that the 12 pack should have contained 4 x Lamb, 4 x Chicken and 4 x Duck but the first one I have opened in fact contained 4 x Lamb, 5 x Chicken and 3 x Duck. Duck is Pepper's favourite one and Chicken is her least favourite.”

“THE FOOD IS GREAT MY DOGS LOVE IT. SHAME THE COMPANY CAN'T GET THEIR DELIVERIES OUT TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS. GETTING FED UP HAVING TO GO AND FIND MY DELVIERIES. SUGGEST BUYING THE FOOD FROM A RETAILER LIKE TESCO IF YOU WANT IT WHEN YOU NEED IT.”

“Naturo dog food is great but the Carriers DPD are not. The food arrived one day later than scheduled. Supposed to be Thursday afternoon but arrived Friday night which I wasn't happy about! The driver apologized but when I opened food four or five trays were burst. So yes the food is super for my dog but I'm not impressed with DPD so probably won't be ordering this dog food again.”

“The actual food itself is great, it's the packing. On every delivery I get the boxes are damaged and on my delivery last week the food wasn't even in the box but the courier had placed it on top of the damaged box. I think the packing of the orders needs overseeing as the boxes are not being sealed properly and the contents not secure.”

“I have a German Shepherd and order 10 packs of food a month. I am very happy with the dog food however they are delivered via DPD and when they delivered them this month they scratched my son's car trying to fit through a very tight gap that was easier to walk around. This has cost us more than the discount I have received.”

“We like the food but the service is not great. Orders are generated but there is a delay of almost a week before it is despatched. This means that we have to ensure we have enough food to cover the gap.”
