“Prices vary so often. I’ve ordered 4 times already and the prices were different each time. And it is creeping us as well. Then you send out coupons 15-25% off but when used, the price is still more expensive than my order 2 months ago… Maybe this order was my last order with you?”

“Hi, I recently purchased some items from your website which I assumed was was an Australian website due to the .com.au in the search bar. These items have now been held and customs and I doubt I will be receiving them.I would like a full refund on these products as I was not aware they were coming from overseas. “Beställning ankommit till utlämningsställe som befinner sig på andra sidan av staden där jag bor samtidigt som det finns tiotals utlämningsställe med gångavstånd runt omkring var jag bor. Kundtjänst har inget telefonnummer och chatt-knappen är bara en tom bild utan funktion! Bedrövligt!”
