“I never received my order and no response from customer service. $135 lost. Buyer beware”

Hello Heather, Many thanks for your email and order with Naturecan. Checking in on our correspondences, the only email we received from yourself was today and we have responded. Your order is still within expected transit time therefore we ask that you kindly monitor the tracking link for the most up to date information. Of course should it exceed the time frame we would be more than happy to issue a reshipment or a refund and our customers are not left out of pocket. “Δεν έχω μείνει ευχαριστημένη καθόλου. Πανάκριβα προιοντα χωρίς αντίκρυσμα. Πήρα το λαδάκι και ζήτημα να κράτησε 4 μέρες με το ζόρι. Μιλάμε για ένα προϊόν που κοστίζει 30 ευρώ, το πηρα με έκπτωση 25.Πηρα τις κάψουλες ταχείας δράσης άλλα 30 ευρώ και το λαδάκι για γατες. Δυστυχώς δεν έμεινα καθόλου ικανοποιημένη”

“Malheureusement le paquet des trois boîtes de gummibærchen au cbd est arrivé endommagé, et les gommes au cbd toutes collées les unes aux autres. Le paquet était trop fragile et peu suffisant pour préserver les gommes de la chaleur. Dites moi si la matière a souffert et si je peux les manger sans danger, merci!!!”

Det tar oftast längre tid än detta att se full effekt, upp till 2-3 veckor. Det kan också vara så att du använt för lite CBD, hur mycket har du tagit dagligen? “開封済みの商品が届いた。開くときにカチッといういう音がしなくてあいていた。電話で問い合わせたら新品の物送付の対応すると言われたのに、対応をしてもらえない。詐欺のようだ。 I received an opened product. There was no clicking sound when opening. When I made an inquiry by phone, I was told that they would send me a new product, but they did not respond. This company is a fraud response.”

“3 bottles of equine CBD arrived and all were rancid upon arrival, despite being within date. On opening each bottle to test whether they were all spoiled, the lids actually popped off themselves and the oil literally fizzed! The smell and taste was absolutely rancid! If I had not used this oil many times before and known that something was wrong this time, I would not have tested it myself and my horse potentially would have been dead from colic. Absolutely unacceptable, given the high price of the high potency large bottles and I bought three of them.”

“Der Vergleich mit anderen identischen Produkten fällt leider sehr schlecht aus. Extrem hoher Preis für extrem wenig Wirkung. Die teuersten "Gummibärchen" die in meinem ganzen Leben gekauft habe. Meine Vermutung ist, dass man hier auf einen "Lifestyle-Zug" aufspringt und Produkte zu sehr überteuerten Preisen verkauft.”
