“Entrega prevista a 16/01. Estamos a 24/01 e ainda não recebi a encomenda. Mesmo a razão de não ser Portugal continental, não justifica a demora, o prazo médio de entregas desta dimensão é de 3/4 dias.”

Boa tarde João. A morada de entrega da sua encomenda é nos Açores, o que está fora de Portugal Continental, portanto a sua encomenda nunca teve data prevista de entrega dia 16, nem tal foi mencionado por nós. A sua encomenda foi processada dia 15, e como sabe por experiência própria, as entregas nas ilhas são bastante demoradas em relação a Portugal continental devido aos custos e baixa demanda comercial, portanto uma entrega dia 16 é algo que não poderia acontecer. Lamentamos a sua review sem qualquer prévio contacto com o nosso suporte ao cliente, e com informações que nunca foram dadas pela nossa parte. Cumprimentos

“purchased CBD Gummies through your NZ site therefore giving the impression that I was dealing with a NZ company and that it was compliant with NZ laws. Nowhere on the site did I find information regarding the legality of CBD gummies in NZ or specific information on requirements for importation of your product. Received notification from MEDSAFE NZ that CBD Gummies are an illegal import and may only be imported by a NZ registered medical practitioner or NZ pharmacist. To say this is disappointing is not even close. Having purchased your product from your site and advised delivery in NZ, I would have thought that if there was going to be an issue with delivery I would have been notified prior to completing the purchase. Not Impressed”

“Uma pena mas não senti absolutamente nenhuma diferença com oleo de canabidiol 40%. 4 gotas ao dia antes de dormir desde que o recebi e nada. Mas pronto, fica para a experiência.”

“Slow delivery but this makes sense as it was ordered around christmas time and shipped internationally. This did not agree with my dog at all. She completely lost her spark she laid around listless and lifeless and didn't even wag her tail. I think it was just not a good match at all for my particular dog. I had to stop after 2 days as I was concerned for her so not sure what would have happened if i pushed through. I am disappointed as I had high hopes and read lots of positive reviews. Very expensive for an ineffective treatment in my particular case.”

“Är jättebesviken, ingen effekt alls. Jag har nu tagit kapslar i flera veckor och f n ökat dosen till 2 kapslar på morgonen och 1 på kvällen samt ett gummie mitt på dagen. Jag köpte dem för att de lovade mindre värk och bättre sömn bl a. Effekten har uteblivit och ångrar köpet. Mycket pengar för ingenting.”

“I ordered $150 worth of products and when the delivery day was here it didn’t arrive so I contacted them and they said it was lost in transit. I said I want to re-shipment and when the delivery day came I said it’s not here and they said it’s lost in transit again so I said I want to refund.”

“Bisher war ich echt zufrieden. Aber irgend wann wurden die Gummibären in der Rezeptur geändert. Die haben jetzt eine Konsistenz wie billige Gelee Bananen aus dem Supermarkt. Schmecken auch genauso schlecht. Schade, ich war echt ein zufriedener Kunde, aber das war dann meine letzte Bestellung.”

“I thought I was ordering from a New Zealand company given your name of Naturecan NZ. Customs did not allow my purchase into the country and it has been a very long wait. It is very deceptive. I can only hope I will get a refund.”

“Je ne peux pas donner d'avis sur le produit puisque je ne l'ai toujours pas... Que je vais devoir demander à un voisin de m'accompagner pour chercher ma commande dans un point relais loin de chez moi alors que j'avais demandé une livraison à domicile. Le service client est sympathique mais pas tellement utile puisque je vais devoir tout de même me déplacer sur un autre point relais pas tellement plus proche 😡 Vous devriez choisir vos transporteurs selon si des relais sont proches des adresses et encore mieux, exiger une livraison comme le client demande ! Je ne recommanderais plus uniquement pour éviter ce désagrément. Isabelle B.”
