Hola, Muchas gracias por ponerte en contacto con nosotros para comentarnos tu opinión sobre este producto. El aceite de CBD es un producto natural que está ayudando a muchas personas y mascotas. Sin embargo, algunas mascotas pueden tener niveles de tolerancia más elevados que otras y no consiguen obtener los resultados esperados o tardan más tiempo en obtenerlos. Lo importante es descubrir qué dosis funciona para cada mascota, tanto en la frecuencia de uso como en la cantidad diaria a tomar. En concreto, entre las razones por las que algunas personas no sienten los efectos del CBD, tenemos: - La dosis que se ingiere diariamente no es lo suficientemente grande. ¿Cuánto CBD aproximadamente está tomando al día? - No se ha consumido CBD con regularidad durante 2-3 semanas. ¿Cuánto tiempo llevas usando el CBD? Si te pones en contacto con nosotros a través del correo support-es@naturecan.com te ayudaremos a conocer tu dosis óptima, y te daremos algunas recomendaciones para que así puedas empezar a sentir los efectos de nuestro CBD. “I liked the packaging, the way of administration and my dog likes the taste in her food, however, it did not calm her. She is suffering from a bad separation anxiety after moving. I would like to continue giving it to see if it works with time, but the bottle is quite small and it finished up before a month (I gave her the daily recommended amount!). Too expensive to keep trying, unfortunately!”

“使い難いという気持ちに対して海外では好評を得ていると言われても　何だか切なくなります。手作りご飯のためエゴマ油を使用しているのですが一緒に使用しても(混ぜても)問題ないかという質問に対して答えになっていない回答をいただきました。メルマガの頻度が尋常じゃないので拒否にしました。　簡単に申し上げますと以上です。　でも海外ブランドのショップでは有りがちな事ですので気にしておりません。”

Ber om ursäkt att det tog lite längre tid för ditt paket att komma fram denna gång! Jag ska meddela detta till vårt team här på en gång. Normalt sett så brukar paket ta cirka 3-6 arbetsdagar som du säkert har märkt innan, men det verkar som om EVRI hade lite förseningar förra veckan. BRING har alltid varit vår nr1 leverantör som vi samarbetat med, dock så ska jag absolut kika upp alternativ också. Mvh, Therese Naturecan

Jag har skickat ett separat mejl till dig samt har kikat upp med vår leverantör varför det tagit några extra dagar här för leverans. Sällan tar paket över en vecka att levereras. Jag har också skickat över en personlig rabattkod till dig som förlåt från oss för förseningen. Om paketet inte kommer fram inom 1-2 dagar så skickar vi ut ett nytt paket till dig på en gång! “J’ai bien reçu ma commande au bout de 17 jours, un des produits le carton était abîmée mais rien à signaler le produit était intact. Le service client est très réactive mais pour la livraison il faudra revoir les conditions car c’est insupportable attendre aussi longtemps pour 3 articles. Je n’ai pas encore testée les produits à voir.”

Hi Andy, Many thanks for your review and order with Naturecan. We are sorry to hear the parcel has not yet reached you. Taking a look at your order, I see it was made on the Saturday 23rd March when our warehouse does not operate and dispatched on the Monday 25th. Shipping to Ireland takes 3-6 working days and I see it is out for delivery today which is the 5th working day therefore within the usual expected transit time due to the bank holiday. Please note that Evri is the warehouse and fulfilment partner, for courier services in Ireland we do not use Evri. We use An Post.
