“Still haven’t received order that was placed on 23rd March, as soon as I received mail stating it was on the way via Evri - my heart sank and knew it would take a long time. Will shop elsewhere in future.”

Hi Andy, Many thanks for your review and order with Naturecan. We are sorry to hear the parcel has not yet reached you. Taking a look at your order, I see it was made on the Saturday 23rd March when our warehouse does not operate and dispatched on the Monday 25th. Shipping to Ireland takes 3-6 working days and I see it is out for delivery today which is the 5th working day therefore within the usual expected transit time due to the bank holiday. Please note that Evri is the warehouse and fulfilment partner, for courier services in Ireland we do not use Evri. We use An Post. Echter, we willen u geruststellen dat de CBD + melatonine producten die u heeft ontvangen, nog steeds veilig en effectief zijn voor gebruik tot 6 maanden na de officiële vervaldatum in mei. Dit betekent dat u tot november dit jaar met volledige gemoedsrust van uw producten kunt genieten. We staan volledig achter de kwaliteit en veiligheid van onze producten, zelfs iets voorbij de aangegeven houdbaarheidsdatum. “Delivery was slow and the tracking system used was not kept updated well. When the product did arrive the gummies were all stuck together in one blob. This has also had an effect on the taste and texture of the product, not pleasant to have each day.”

Skulle du kunna höra av dig till oss på support-se@naturecan.com med svar på nedan frågor, så ska vi försöka hjälpa dig med dosering och andra frågor :) - Hur mycket CBD i mg har du tagit per dag? - Hur länge har du tagit denna dos? Har du ökat din dos? - Vilka symtom försöker du just nu att lindra, är dom starka? - Har du använt CBD förut? I många fall så är anledningen till liten effekt antingen att man inte tagit nog med CBD eller att man inte tagit CBD länge nog. Jag hoppas att vi kan hitta en lösning åt dig här!
