“A remarkable service from the moment you step foot on their site, through to when your gear lands on your door. I've always had issues with online customer service in the past, due to unnecessarily abrupt advice or ignorant delays. I sent Native an email directly after my very first purchase, I had a response within' 3 minutes. That kinda' service just doesn't come around too often any more. They guys deserve 5 stars, they really do... But out of my 2 orders, the bearings I ordered were the only disappointment I received. They were a gift for my best friend, as he's Junt mad; and he's getting out of hospital soon so thought he'd want some fresh gear to skate. Sadly, though; when they arrived the bearing box was all battered and it looks as though they've been previously opened and messed with. Wouldn't fuss me, but being as they're a gift I was a little down about it. That was the only minor disappointing factor of an otherwise faultless service. Scotty is particularly friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand/some advice. All the best, David.”
