“Really easy and quick, when an item couldn't to be found in the warehouse the staff were quick to make me aware and offered for me to choose another item or get a refund. All round good service and nice people”

“I just made my first order with your store and I had some issues on the website not accepting my card for whatever reason, so I contacted and David responded to me very quickly and explained how I could pay through PayPal. He talked me through where to find that option and let me know after I made the payment that it had been received. I realised after this that the address was incorrect on my PayPal account so I let him know and he got back to me straight away saying he would get it changed over for me. I received my items very quickly and was happily surprised to find some freebies in there which was a really nice touch. All round this was a great customer experience and I will definitely be ordering again, cheers!”
