“Repair carried out efficiently only problem being that on the 7th February we had repair carried out but replaced part but did not find the fault that had caused it. The repairj just carried out found incoming supply was loose now fixed”

“We paid nearly £400 for the parts, which we were told would take about a month to arrive. Two months went by, and we had to do a lot of chasing to find out what was going on. Promised return calls often didn’t materialise. So communication was poor. But when the appointment was finally arranged, the engineer was great - efficient, tidy and thorough.”

“The repair was fine done.by a very pleasant young man.However NAC failed to imform me that when a repair is carried out by a subcontractor there is a surcharge added to the original quote.No problem but it would be nice to know before the job.”

“There were several issues with our elderly Britannia range cooker. The key one was that I had managed to partially get the main overn door off its hinges but couldn't complete getting the door off or to re-attach it. The engineer came the next day - 2 days earlier than originally advised. He re-attached the oven door but advised that a replacement or more lengthy work would be required. He also reviewed the other issues but, with my agreement, did nothing more at the time. He was unable to get replies from other suppliers on the issues with the door but told me that he would get back to me in a day or two to advise. I haven't heard back from him yet. However, we both agreed at the time that the cost or replacement of repair was likely to be high and that I should maybe consider replacing the whole unit. It's not that important but I would still be interested to know if he managed to get any prices.”

“NAC got an engineer out to me the next day, who was very efficient and charming. I was warned that the replacement grill would take 3-5 days but was a bit longer. Seems like an age when you cant use your cooker but Nick the engineer advised us not to. The new part was assembled very quickly and tested thoroughly. I would definitely use NAC for any future problems, all bills were explained and I'm very happy with NAC.”
