Excellent work from Robert and delighted to have my oven back working again. My only query is whether a full diagnosis could have happened on the first visit and repaired on the second visit, cutting out the third and fourth visits.

Everything was explained clearly right from my first phone call. The engineer was polite. BUT the 5-hour service waiting slot is FAR TOO LONG! We had to experience this TWICE - as a new part needed to be ordered and fitted after the initial visit.

Great service. Nathan was really good. Would like more flexibility in the time slot .i.e. am or pm - not all day . Only get to know this at 6pm the night before the appointment which means you have to keep the whole day free in advance

Very happy with the job (repair of Caple wine cooler)and the work of James, the engineer. Only quibble was with the sourcing of the spare part that James had determined was faulty (the PCB). NAC emailed to say that they could not source the replacement part but that if I could source one then they would be happy to fit under the terms of the repair job. I therefore contacted Caple and they directed me to a provider, the PCB arriving a few days later. Quick and simple but I then had a few day's wait until a re-booked repair while I had to worry whether, given NAC's position, I had sourced the right part. Don't understand why NAC could not have sourced the part.

AGA Rangemaster Toledo 110 Fan Assisted oven: thermostat issue. Quick and helpful response via telephone to both my enquiries. The attending engineer was polite and friendly. Appointments kept within the stated time parameters. Two visits across 7 working days to assess and repair.

The service engineer who attended our property was excellent as was the majority of the admin staff i spoke to on the phone with the exception of one who i am afraid was just obstructive and rude. This company would have easily made the top grade if it had not been for that one person as up to that point the service had been very good but afraid that one call certainly tarnished the service. She point blankly refused to give me a part number, even though they had already supplied 3 of the 4 part numbers and stated “they do not do that” yet they had already emailed me the others. She also stated that she would get the parts department who i know from previous conversations had the numbers, to call me, that never happened. As stated earlier the engineer who attended was the main contributor to my 4 star rating.

Faultless removal of old and installation of new Neff dishwasher heater pump unit by NAC technician. Not so great was the unit price and only three month guarantee but still worth four stars.

Quick response to original request. Long delay for part to turn up with very limited communication. Engineer also left rubbish behind that can't be put in general waste.

Communication was good, repair was executed without much fuss. Only 4 starts due to a mix up where the engineer didn't have the correct part, but his system told him he did. It was only a minor inconvenience for me. Dishwasher has worked perfectly since, so completely happy.
