“The technician arrived at the time expected with his trainee. Polite and tidy and set to work. He could not repair my microwave as a spare part was needed. As it later turned out the spare part is no longer available. (Kenworthy does not make this spare for a 14-month-old microwave so I have had to buy a new one.) I would deal with NAC again, though. Good service but not cheap.”

“A lack of information on the email after first, visit caused the wrong part to be ordered, after research by myself the correct part was ordered. However, when it arrived it was broken after speaking to the parts supplier they supplied a replacement part. The engineer who visited both times was very good, on time and very polite and he provided a good service. Pity NAC could not obtain the spare part for him to fit. Rating would have been higher if NAC had sourced the spare part.”

“So I can't really rate it 5 stars as unfortunately the device could not be fixed. That said, Dan (Hereford based I believe) was brilliant. He was great at sorting a mutually convenient time, he was polite and friendly. He did an effective assessment of the faulty fridge freezer and rather than doing what would be an expensive half job that probably wouldn't last, he simply explained that there was nothing to be done. Obviously pretty disappointing but only due to the situation but not the service which was, in itself, excellent. Thank you”

“Apart from being very frustrated that I couldn't communicate by text (customer responses are confined only to "Y" or "N"),and a bit put out because the name "NAC Domestic Appliances Ltd." was hard to spot in communications received, I was happy with the service and very pleased to have a functioning dishwasher once again. “James repaired my larder freezer and he was very personable. Bit of a gripe though in as much as I had a five hour slot from 12 to 5pm and thought that could have been cropped down. Anyway it’s still working but it was only repaired yesterday 😂😂”
