“Service excellent in terms of call out- diagnosed problem quickly and returned with new part within a week. Only problem is the new Ayer pump was not tested with wet clothes in drum - while the terrible noise has stopped this has been replaced by a sucking type sound, quite loud, every few seconds. Please listen to attached video. It had this problem from drying of first washing onwards. I don’t know how to get the engineer back without paying another call-out charge…?”
