“Being dependable and reliable is always appreciated. I would have given a better review but I just don't think the new method of cleaning is as good as the old. I have noticed that the windows get dirtier faster now as the clean doesn't last as long. It may be just the weather but think it is worth mentioning.”

“The last clean was the first with the new system and it took ages for the windows to dry and there were 'dried' drops you see on the windows once dry. Cleaner did explain that it should get better the more times the windows are cleaned, so I wait and see if there is a difference after the next wash.”
