“Has been over a week now and still not received my break pads , your courier Evri are just giving me false hopes of ever receiving my item I have the Evri app to track my deliveries from other companies that have used Evri and Evri are the worst in my opinion to use due to other products I've purchased from other companies”

Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry the courier lost your parcel — that was entirely out of our hands. You didn't have to chase us; we simply asked for a little time to check with the courier, and we kept you updated throughout by email. As soon as you asked for a refund, we processed it promptly. We're disappointed this first experience wasn’t a positive one, but we did everything we could to resolve the situation fairly and quickly.

“I entered my van reg number and ordered air filter, oil filter and 2x5 litre oil for my van. Just done the oil change and filter change. The air filter is square and on the van it's rectangle. So it's the wrong filter..... Can you please send the correct filter.”

“It was very easy to purchase a new set of roof bars for my car. I becoming a member I got free next day shipment and I was really pleased with the product when it arrived. Unlike many other roof bars that I had looked out on the internet that had complicated adapter kits this was a very simple product and only took me five minutes to put onto my vehicle and less than two minutes to remove. This is my first experience of my MotorWorld and would not hesitate to use them again.”
