MotorWorld are OK b ut thet should stop using EVRi. The first shipment of my order was lost by EVRi (it still shos as them holding it). Motorworld resent order but again EVRi screwed up. They let box get wet in thunderstorm, dumped it in front yard and ran without even trying to ring bell. When I opened box I discovered one filter missing and bottom of the box open. The cardboard was all soggy and one filter had dropped out. EVRi suck. The lost a shipment of mine and never delivered it and that one still shows as in there distributione depot since 25 April. Watse of time calling or talking to chat bot they do nothing DROP EVRi

We completely understand your frustration — your first parcel going missing and the second being mishandled is unacceptable. We’ve already raised this with Evri and are pushing for a formal investigation into both deliveries. It’s clear they’ve let you down, and we truly apologise for the inconvenience caused. Ordered two batteries, driver said one of my items is broken. He waited and l opened the wet package to find it leaking some fluid, horrible smell and tacky to touch. Battery does work but not entirely confident it will last.

As long as the part is correct for your vehicle, you're fully covered under the warranty for any issues that arise. If you experience any problems with performance or lifespan, just let us know and we’ll be happy to help. Service 4.5 stars courier delivery zero points. Still waiting for Evri to deliver even though a replacement order was sent. Sorry but will have to return to Amazon.
