quick delivery and a great price but oil was leaking when delivered so can only presume it hadn’t been treated with care in transit

Bought Paint, works OK, thing is now painted, delivery was quick which was appreciated, the car smelly was allright, but dosn't go with the car I have

I sent a n email to you regarding wrong colour of paint sent ( Power Red for Vauxhall Insignia) I am still waiting a reply.The paint was a dark Red it should have a lighter colour Many thanks Nigel Burton

Have had two 5 litres of engine coolant recently delivered, will give 2 out of 10 for the way it was packaged, containers leaked slightly enough for cardboard box to get wet, all because the plastic bag was placed over the container rather than the container being placed within the bag. A small quantity of part scrumpled up and placed on top of them.

I never like leaving negative feedback, first couple of orders were fine, then this order was not delivered next day, mixed information about it, then it arrived with items missing from order, so not the best experience this time.

Web site easy to navigate, prices quite competitive, package crushed when delivered. Delivery time no specific ie anytime during the day. No next day delivery.

Not a lot of choice , items out of stock. Returning parts wasn't easy no help at all would put you off placing any more orders.

Well as my parcel hasn't arrived yet and it was supposed to be on a flight to Cyprus tomorrow morning!!! Not to Happy . Unbeknown to me you left out Bromley House on the delivery label so driver didn't know where to deliver the parcel I can't rate anything as I don't have anything???

Got the products as ordered and very happy with them (Car gods detailing bundle)but because I joined the members club 5mins after ordering the products (as I didnt realise about the members benefits)I was not awarded any loyalty points. Very disappointed that 5mins difference cannot be overlooked to allow loyalty points for an order over £100.

I purchased the Car Gods advent calendar. Products inside are fine. However, it is very poorly put together. The inside cardboard is flimsy and collapses so the products are not in the advent windows that they are supposed to be. The whole thing is collapsed inside so some windows have nothing in. I am going to check when my son has finished opening it that there are 24 products. Also some products don’t fit through the windows. Needs to be a much stronger structure inside as it’s atrocious for something that was so expensive.

Used the car registration search online to identify wiper blades for my son’s Mercedes GLC suv. The blades arrived within 3 days but were not suitable for the vehicle as the fitting was completely different. Paid £4 delivery and £4 to return so not a very good experience as the website recommended the item as being suitable. Now awaiting a refund.

No problems with Motor World, but why do you use Yodel to deliver the goods? Box left on my back doorstep in the open, no attempt to leave in a safe place or with a neighbour and no card through the letterbox. Terrible company...

I ordered a Car Gods detailing advent calendar & another product for myself, sadly this product had been stuffed down the side of the calendar damaging it. Day 6 and nothing inside, at this point we are not sure if this is from the damage or whether stuff has been taken as the two surrounding numbers have nothing in either. Disappointed 😞
