Ordered my oil from motorworld on the 30th April, and as of 6th May I still haven’t received it, I rang motorworld and spoke to someone who said they would look into it, but I didn’t get a reply. I needed the oil by 4th May so had to go and purchase it locally. Annoyingly now if/when it arrives, I will have to go through the fuss of returning it. Poor customer service.

Would have been good but when signed up but supposed to get discount code through but this never came/was not taken off the final payment amount

I’m still waiting for a call back after contacting customer service as I didn’t receive the item which was advertised on the website and it’s a different size and won’t do the job I need it to do but I’m hoping for the matter to be resolved very soon

Probably wouldn’t recommend having a battery delivered. I ordered mine and it hadn’t been kept upright so some of the battery acid has leaked out into the box. The battery still works fortunately and holds a charge, but not ideal.

Not very good. Pictures from the website seem to suggest that there are two parts in the box, when in actual fact there is only one. Even the picture on your review shows two parts? Very disappointing to get just the one as I wanted to do both sides. All a bit misleading?

I ordered a back screen wiper for my Grand Cherokee Jeep SRT based on my REG and other details. The wiper arrived and it was 12" as opposed to 9" so no good to me.

Tried to amend my delivery address as auto population on browser had got screwed up they 'couldn't' do it so had to cancel order. 14 days to 'aim' to refund my money however,compared to one day to take the funds from my account. Not received theirs refund yet.

its ok when things go right but when the wrong parts are sent it simply does not pay to bnuy from you it cost of returns

Input my car reg to buy parts and the ones that matched do not fit. Not even close. Be weary of this page, unless you know cars and know exactly what you need you cannot trust their website.

Unfortunately there was no attachments to fit my car even though I put my registration in to make sure it was the right blade, so wasted my money as had to take car to a garage and get wipers. Also paid extra for next day delivery and it never arrived for a few days. Alot of expense for nothing unfortunately

I got the wiper blades eventually but it wasnt the "next day" service advertised. Ended up about a week. I did get good response when I reported that the package I received didn't have the blades in. I was told they were being dispatched immediately, but they were not and I had to chase a second time and then they were disptached with tracking information this time and they arrived.
