“Good prices, but that is negated when you need to return items at your own cost. In my case, the website specifically recommended roof bars for my car that do not fit. As this was an error with the website, I think that's unreasonable for MyMotorWorld.com to make me pay the return postage. I won't be buying from you again for that reason.”

“Another delivery let down by the courier, it didn't arrive members next day but took an extra day. That's two deliveries in a row now not next day shame the delivery service is letting down the experience.”

“the items I ordered arrived quickly especially as I live in Jersey, but when fitting Bosch pads items were missing from the box, I expected to be sent the missing bits or a partial refund/voucher but instead I got " thanks for your feedback you'll try to prevent it happening to other customers!”

“Definitely a great experience. Ordered some Shell Helix Ultra 5W30 engine oil at 4ish on a Friday and got my order delivered by lunchtime Saturday. Engine oil was reasonably priced and the service was great!”
