“Ordered my oil from motorworld on the 30th April, and as of 6th May I still haven’t received it, I rang motorworld and spoke to someone who said they would look into it, but I didn’t get a reply. I needed the oil by 4th May so had to go and purchase it locally. Annoyingly now if/when it arrives, I will have to go through the fuss of returning it. Poor customer service.”

“Hi, I am trying to get details of how to return the incorrect Discs Front for my Citroen C1. I have akeady phoned and spoken to someone on Friday 2nd May and Emailed but have had no respnse other than three request for a revue. Order number 100154350 ordered on the 28th April. Cheers Duncan Muir”
