“I wasnt going to leave feedback, but after they had messaged me twice asking for it. Ordered a suspension arm and oil filter on Wednesday. They stated next day delivery. The oil filter came on Friday. Had to chase them on Monday as the suspension arm hadn't arrived. They hadn't sent it and blamed their website that it was out of stock. No one had contacted me. Poor service. Need to do better. Will not be using them again.”

While we did dispatch the oil filter promptly, we should have communicated clearly about the delay with the other item. That’s on us.
