“Products and easy of service with my motor world was good but need a new courier. I ordered 5 items , recieved one item next day as all should have , received 1 orther item 3 days later and now 5 days later still waiting on the rest of my order arriving when all items were next day availible”

I apologise for the delivery issues with your 5-item order - receiving only one item next day as promised, one item 3 days later, and still waiting for the remainder after 5 days is clearly unacceptable when all items were available for next day delivery. We understand your frustration with the courier service and appreciate you bringing this delivery problem to our attention.

“I never got these parts because you use EVRI as your deliver. EVRI left the parcel on the street and of course it was stolen. Ive now lost the price of my brake discs. PLEASEDO NOT USE EVRI. I know they are cheap for use but they have an awful reputation.”

I'm sorry to hear that your brake discs were stolen after Evri left the package on the street. This is clearly not an acceptable delivery method and I understand your frustration with losing your purchase. We've filed a claim with the courier regarding this delivery failure and have sent you a replacement order, which is scheduled for delivery tomorrow. “Absolute amazing turn around, always have what I need in stock and they seem to decelerate themselves at getting it to me as a customer asap. Always well packaged the gear I’ve bought always see to be of really good quality, really happy I saw mikes ad and took a look at mymotorworld as use them more than my local parts store now”
