“First time purchasing from My Motorworld, set up an account because the items were well priced that I will need on a regular basis, 4 of my 5 items were atempted to be delivered 3 of the 4 were damaged and leaking all over the place and the courier wanted me to accepted them, I refused the delivery. tried to contact MyMotorworld straight away to let them know, chat wasnt working, phone wasnt being answered despite being in office hours had to email and await response, eventually was told I would get a refund but then two days later the 5th item was attempted to be delivered by the courier, was told if I did not refuse the item I would get charged for the order I had already told My motorworld I wanted to cancel, I was not in so had to call a neighbour to look out for the delivery and refuse it for me. An absolute nightmare and I am still waiting for my refund of over £100 I will not be using My motorworld again.”
