item arrived ontime as initially suggested but in a very bad state, the package was ripped, perhaps exposed to wet conditions but that did not affect the performance (Wipers). I showed the package to the delivery driver on the spot and he advised if I wanted to return that he would be happy to pick it up. thanks

As a new customer, with the 3rd order, not happy at all, delivery was split and lost and no back up to sort out, not sure why a split order! over £25 for next day still waiting after a week. not good!

I can see your order was unfortunately lost in transit and had to be split, which caused significant delays despite paying for next day delivery. A replacement was shipped and has since been delivered to you. I understand your frustration with the lack of communication and backup support during this process. I purchased two 250 ml of engine lacquer, each £5 cheaper than my local motor factur and it was exactly what I wanted ! First class service !!!

I had a great experience with My Motor World recently. The service was excellent from start to finish. My order was processed quickly and sent out to the courier the very next day with free postage – a much-appreciated bonus! What really impressed me was that the budget car battery I originally ordered was unavailable. Instead of delaying the order or cancelling, they upgraded me to a better and more expensive alternative at no extra cost. That level of customer care is rare these days. Thanks to their prompt service and thoughtful solution, I was able to get the car back on the road just in time for an important holiday. They really saved the day, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended!

Really pleased with my motor world, ordered a pair of discs on a Friday,they dispatched on the same day and they said would arrive by the following Thursday,they arrived the next day.T Hank you very much everyone. Highly recommend.

Battery received in a poor state with leaked liquid contexts all over the battery and packaging. Issue I would imagine mainly down to the courier using it as a football given the state of the box.

I sincerely apologise for the condition your battery arrived in. A leaking battery with damaged packaging is completely unacceptable, and I can understand how frustrating this must have been to receive. It sounds like the package was severely mishandled during shipping.
