Absolutely rubbish 😡😡😡😡😡😡I have put my car registration number but still you have sent the wrong wiper not happy at all .i want my money back please. Thank you

Ordering item fine delivery all good. When roof bars arrived none of the keys supplied work on the roof bars, now roof bars have to go back guy I spoke with sorted collection as a Goodwill. I mean not my problem the keys did not work so my motor world should cover the cost. Now I have to wait for a return and for them to check item before I get my money back. First order with my motor world wasn’t the best Order number 100162453

Thank you for your feedback. I apologise that the keys supplied with your roof bars didn't work - this is clearly a product issue and not something you should have had to deal with. I can see from our records that we arranged a goodwill collection for 04/06, however we haven't heard back from you to confirm this collection. Please contact us directly to reschedule the collection so we can process your return and refund promptly. Once we receive the item back, we'll ensure your refund is processed quickly. We understand this wasn't the experience you expected for your first order with us, and we'd like to resolve this as efficiently as possible.

Absolutely fantastic service, ordered new wiper blades for my Range Rover in the morning and they arrived the very next working day. Would highly recommend My Motor World.

Sent the wrong parts then expected me to pay to have it returned. Don't answer their phones either. Better places to get your parts.

Thank you for your feedback. I can confirm that we sent the parts exactly as ordered. Unfortunately, this appears to be a case where the incorrect parts were ordered initially. As per our returns policy, return costs for items ordered incorrectly are the customer's responsibility. I apologise that our phone lines were busy when you tried to contact us - we do experience high call volumes at certain times. We understand this situation was frustrating for you.

item arrived ontime as initially suggested but in a very bad state, the package was ripped, perhaps exposed to wet conditions but that did not affect the performance (Wipers). I showed the package to the delivery driver on the spot and he advised if I wanted to return that he would be happy to pick it up. thanks

As a new customer, with the 3rd order, not happy at all, delivery was split and lost and no back up to sort out, not sure why a split order! over £25 for next day still waiting after a week. not good!

I can see your order was unfortunately lost in transit and had to be split, which caused significant delays despite paying for next day delivery. A replacement was shipped and has since been delivered to you. I understand your frustration with the lack of communication and backup support during this process. I purchased two 250 ml of engine lacquer, each £5 cheaper than my local motor factur and it was exactly what I wanted ! First class service !!!

I had a great experience with My Motor World recently. The service was excellent from start to finish. My order was processed quickly and sent out to the courier the very next day with free postage – a much-appreciated bonus! What really impressed me was that the budget car battery I originally ordered was unavailable. Instead of delaying the order or cancelling, they upgraded me to a better and more expensive alternative at no extra cost. That level of customer care is rare these days. Thanks to their prompt service and thoughtful solution, I was able to get the car back on the road just in time for an important holiday. They really saved the day, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Highly recommended!
