“I received notification that three tradesmen were interested in my job. One didn’t respond to my message, one came to assess for a quote but never sent me the quote (nor any reason for not doing so) and the third came when he said he would, gave the quote there and then and completed the work within the timeframe given - W H Electrical - very good.”
